Lusail Sky Festival Set to Light Up Qatar’s Skies This Eid Al-Fitr

Doha, Qatar – March 2025

Visit Qatar, in partnership with Qatari Diar, has announced the launch of the Lusail Sky Festival, the largest aerial show of its kind in the region, taking place from April 3 to 5, 2025, from 4 PM to 10 PM daily. The event coincides with Eid Al-Fitr celebrations and will transform Al Saad Plaza in Lusail into a breathtaking open-air arena of sky-high spectacles and ground-level entertainment.

The festival promises an unforgettable experience for residents and visitors alike, featuring free entry to a lineup of world-class aerial performances and entertainment. Crowds will witness awe-inspiring aerobatic displays, skydiving stunts, skywriting, jet shows, and precision pyrotechnics, all choreographed to music and dazzling laser effects. A drone show of over 3,000 synchronized drones and 150 pyrotechnic-equipped aircraft will light up the night skies with mesmerizing formations.

Beyond the skies, the festival also boasts rich on-ground experiences including an entertainment theatre, live music, family activities, and a food zone featuring 14 food trucks and kiosks serving a wide variety of cuisines.
